Key Points:

• The agenda of this meeting is to finalize the space planning in accordance with client’s requirements.

Summary

Client Discussion & Feedback:

General

• Clients gave their inputs for the typical floor plans in reference to previous layout that was sent

Typical floor plan

• clients are okay with stair projection in elevation and plinth of the layout remains proper rectangle.

• In bedroom 4, client asked to enlarge the room by using the space from the master bedroom by 2 to 3 feet.

• clients are okay with the bathroom width of bedroom 4 to remain 5’ 8” and door placement near to the exterior wall

• Master bedroom length is reduced by 2’ after adjusting the bedroom 4 width.

• In place of powder room, clients have asked for wardrobe space for the bedroom 3.

• A sink for handwash is placed next to the Dining table, as the powder room is removed

• The front wall of pooja room is removed as per client’s need as that gets sorted out in interior works.

• clients are okay with having maid’s toilet in balconies of typical floors.

• As per client’s requirement the bedroom 3 length is increased from 14’ to 16’

• clients are largely ok with the kitchen and utility space

• clients asked to make the utility balcony from 4’ to 5’ wide

• Requirements for terrace floor has to be given by the client.
