Client Discussion & Feedback:
General
Clients gave their inputs for the typical floor plans with reference to previous third floor plan.
Typical Floor Plan
client wants their master bedroom to be spacious such that bathroom will be repositioned in the Shantini’s wardrobe space
Charith’s wardrobe space to remain as wardrobe space
staircase space will be used as wardrobe and bathroom for the guest bedroom
powder room and bathroom space near the guest bedroom will be converted to store and utility and repositioned near to the kitchen
balcony is provided for both the utility and guest bedroom and separated with a wall
kitchen space is enlarged and rectangle towards southeast corner of the building and made to an open kitchen
son’s bedroom in the northwest corner won’t have balcony on the north side and bathroom space to get added in the dining area and it’s jutted out to match the balcony width
Foyer and mudroom space will be converted to a new bedroom and old son’s bathroom will become the new bathroom for this room.
Another son’s bedroom and family room will be converted to large family room with balcony facing west and son’s bath to become powder room.
Main staircase to align to the rectangular form of the building and risers can be 5.5” inches and stair path to become anti-clock direction
