Key Points:
The agenda of this meeting is to finalize the space planning in accordance with client’s requirements.
Summary:
Typical floor plans:
The Staircase is to be moved Northward to extend up to the setback line, in order to widen the bathroom of Bedroom 04
It is understood that this will break the "rectangular" plinth line.
The bathroom width will increase to between 6'-6". Length remains about the same.
We are adding a small walk-in wardrobe between the bath and lift.
Question: We are assuming the entry to the bathroom is through the wardrobe. Alternatively, they can have two independent doors facing the bedroom.
The bathroom extending outwards to the street-facing compound wall is 4'-5' feet beyond the setback line. Please be advised that this deviates from the byelaws. This applies to all bathrooms that extend outside the exterior wall.
The Main Door wall is straightened as per request.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 have been increased in size as requested.
Kitchen has been made smaller.
Third Floor:
Same structural changes extend upstairs to the third floor.
We should attempt to limit the size of the powder room in order to maximize the rear sitout.
Main Door to be widened to 10' overall width. This will be a large 7'-0" double door with glass on either side.
