Floor Plan

• Clients prefer having a maid’s room and bathroom next to the kitchen.

• Clients are not keen on having a pantry.

• Architect recommended on having a double door for kitchen, which opens up the kitchen to dining space.

• Clients agreed on having an internal stair to the terrace floor.

• Clients prefer having an 8 seater dining table.

Terrace Floor

• Clients would like to have a study or an office space on this floor.
