Key Points:

• Discussion on the tile options the clients liked from their visit to Terra Q.

• Discussion on next steps in the project.

Shortlisted Tiles and discussion :

• Mr.Ambuj prefers 2x2 tiles over 4x2 for bathroom flooring.

• Green subway tiles to be considered for the son’s bathroom.

• Lighter colour flooring tiles preferred to minimize saltwater staining.

Fixture & Finish :

• Fixtures to be finalized from Kohler.

• Mr. Ambuj Mittal prefers bronze or matte finishes; gold fixtures to be avoided due to maintenance and saltwater concerns. Other bathrooms to have chrome fixtures.

• Apoorva and Clients, plan to visit and finalize the plumbing fixture on either 18th or 19th November 2025, along with marble and tile selection.

Others :

• Mr. Ambuj would like to discuss Perumal’s BOQ and Costing.

• Client would also want to discuss the electrical layout in detail to clearly understand distinction between 5-amp and 15-amp sockets for appliances.

• Discuss about - Wi-Fi mesh network across three floors.

• Security camera points and audio connectivity in the main living area.

• Clients prefer Geysers over solar heating for bathroom and kitchen.

• No automation systems required.
