The agenda of the meeting - Discussion on Proposed New Construction Marking

Key Points:

  • We planned to have pavers near the deck area and replace those granite in the car parking.

  • Permal has to confirm on the water connection for water softner supply.

  • Extend stairs and have granite flooring near entrance.

  • Marble flooring for family room, Living room, Dining Extension and Stairs towards family room.

  • Perumal has to remove the sliding door in the dining and grill and keep it safe

  • Perumal needs to remove all the wall and ceiling light fixtures and keep it safe.

  • Clerestory above glass door connecting the utility.

  • Clerestory for powder room and washroom layout to be revised. can be extended upto 6” and also masonry wall need to be provided for Sink .

  • Cornice Plaster needs to be removed all around the Family and living room.

  • Lift were going with lateral axis option with door opening of 600mm.

  • Client wanted safety grill for Deck area door, Kitchen glass door, Dining sliding door, Sons balcony door.

  • Client wanted a canopy for the son’s balcony . Provision of tap to water plants.

  • we checked the Mezzanine height and client was okay with the design.

  • In Staff bathroom we will have to provide step up and have block wall around it. Rest of the walls can be gypsum Partition.

  • pvc pipe in guest balcony and AC needs to be removed.

  • We have suggested an option to extend the master bathroom and have double sink , bathtub and wc. Clienst will have to confirm on it.

  • Marble Flooring for Master Bathroom.
