Key Points:

Civil Fabrication :

• Powder room and utility Ceiling to have Frosted and insulated glass for privacy and temperature reasons.

• 4’ stone pavement outside the dining sliding door.

• Clients liked the idea of Juliet Window. Would like the first floor window to have complete railing for safety purpose and the second floor can be with half railing.

Placement Plans:

Kitchen & Utility:

• Clients would like to have more counterspace in the kitchen near the HOB area.

• Clients would like to know if its possible to have shelves on either sides of the utility.

Bathrooms:

• Clients are okay with the sons bathroom placement.

• To share placement options for Guest bathroom and master bathroom.

Electrical and Lighting Plans:

• Clients are happy with the overall lighting plan proposed with a few inputs.

• Family area to have simple drop lights on either sides of the fan.

• Clients would like to have wireless Surround speakers in the family area.

• Clients liked the sunroof light in the powder room.

• Clients would like to incorporate hanging lights in the Master bedroom.

• Master bedroom walk in wardrobe to see if we can plan a AC. If not okay with wall fan above the window.

• To plan lights for the exteriors, the garage and the balcony outside sons bedroom.
