Key Points:
Interior :
Clients are considering marble for the common spaces but are not fully sure yet.
Need to visit different stores to explore and finalize options for wooden flooring, tiles and marble.
Options for parking pavement are required for review and selection.
Foyer:
Clients liked the metal chandelier option.
They would like to add a mirror in the foyer.
They are okay to have an architrave for the living entrance.
Living Room:
Clients liked the overall concept of having four pillars at the corners.
Wallpaper on the ceiling with wooden ceiling details was appreciated.
For the partition, they prefer something light but also liked the rotating partition option.
Family, Dining, Kitchen and Pooja Room:
Clients would like to have a jhula only if space permits and it does not look congested.
They liked the ceiling rafter design.
For the pooja room, they prefer shutters that can hide away when opened.
Clients would like to have a bar in front of the lift.
Liked the overall kitchen concept
Want to check on options for the dining extension ceiling (glass) to prevent excess sunlight.
Liked outdoor puja unit option.
Need to confirm if the dining room sliding door to be reused.
Powder Bathrooms:
Clients do not want red color.
They prefer something bright and warm.
Need to check on the ceiling design if glass, as they are concerned about privacy.
Guest Bedroom:
Clients liked wooden 3D artwork paneling on the wall in the guest bedroom.
They are okay with reusing the study table for the guest room.
They have shared a few images for the guest bathroom based on their preferences.
Son’s Bedroom:
Clients liked wooden planks for the partition over the other options.
For the wardrobe, they prefer something more classy/contempory and modern rather than traditional.
They are okay with loose furniture for the study area.
Clients do not want red color for the bathroom
They are okay with terrazzo.
They would like to explore a black and white bathroom design.
Master Bedroom:
Clients liked the ceiling rafters but would prefer a slightly more traditional look rather than contemporary.
They want a four-poster bed.
Do not want a TV console.
They would like some kind of wall paneling on the TV wall.
Liked the airy closet.
All other areas, including the study, are acceptable as proposed.
Liked the bathroom but will be sharing few more refernce imges.
Want a full length mirror
