Key Points:

Demolition and new construction plan :

  • It was agreed that the hallway flooring will be finished with wooden flooring.

  • A dressing unit will be incorporated in the walk-in closet.

  • The main gate will be shifted slightly forward towards the parking space.

  • The closet layout will not follow a U-shape instead, it will be designed as two straight closets.

  • Demolition work is scheduled to commence from the 22nd onwards.

  • Existing tiles in all bathrooms will be removed.

  • The client will confirm their decision regarding the removal of the staircase marble.
