Key Points:

Interior :

  • The clients clearly mentioned that they do not want any automation-based lighting systems in the house.

  • The clients specified that all bedrooms and the living room should have wooden flooring, while kitchen should be finished with tiles.

Foyer:

  • The clients approved the overall mood board for the foyer and asked us to proceed with it. However, they requested revisions in the lighting specifically, they would like us to explore options for a metal chandelier that adds a pop of light and enhances the space.

Living Room:

  • The clients are okay with extending the window down to the floor to allow access to the deck.

  • The clients approved the living room mood board and were comfortable with the neutral-toned furniture. They requested the use of wallpaper instead of paint for the walls and expressed interest in incorporating Indian artwork into the space.

Family, Dining and Pooja Room:

  • The clients mentioned that they would like a 6-seater dining table.

  • The existing marble flooring in the family room and dining area is to be removed. The clients are yet to decide whether they would prefer marble or tile flooring in these spaces.

  • TSC yet to work on brick wall in the family and dining area

  • Okay with the overall mood board of the family room

  • The position and design of the pooja room are yet to be finalized; the clients will get back to us with their decision.

Utility:

  • Utility structure will be made of MS members and glass roof.

  • Plumbing lines should be taken through the external wall.

Bathrooms:

  • The clients are yet to decide on the direction for the bathrooms and will get back to us with their preferences.

Guest Bedroom:

  • Liked wooden finish veneer wardrobe with brass inlay design in the guest bedroom

  • The clients would like to add a study island in the guest bedroom, along with a console/TV unit positioned in front of the bed.

Janitor Room:

  • The position of the bed in the janitor room needs to be changed.

Son’s Bedroom:

  • A dedicated space for a keyboard is to be accommodated.

  • The game room should include ample storage solutions.

  • The entry door can be replaced with a sliding door.

  • The clients do not want anything flashy or kidsh in the room. They would like the room's interior to follow the same design language as the rest of the house.

Master Bedroom:

  • The entry door to the walk-in closet can be changed to a sliding door for more space

  • A vanity table is to be added within the walk-in closet Opp to the sliding door
