Key Points:

The agenda of the meeting was to give the clients a walkthrough of the model and gain their inputs.

Reception:

  • Clients would like to move the reception table along the doctor’s room.

  • Clients would like to have less open partition for the doctor’s room.

Counselling Room:

  • Clients would like to make the the counselling room smaller.

  • Clients’ requirements for the counselling room are similar to the Spoke- 2-3 loose chairs and a table.

  • Client would like to move the entry of the counselling room closer to the entry, to allow more space for seating along the wall.

  • Clients are okay with having loose seating. Clients would ideally like to have a capacity of 10 people.

General:

  • Clients are open to having micro-cementing as a flooring option.

  • Clients would like to have all black fittings for the bathrooms.

  • Clients would like the Recovery Room to feel ‘homely’.

  • Clients would like to ensure the brand colour is visible upon entry.
